Orders & Payments
Browse our collection, select your size and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.

No. All orders are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Please double-check your size and details before completing your purchase.
Absolutely. Our website is SSL encrypted and all transactions are processed through industry-standard secure payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
Authentication
Every pair goes through a rigorous multi-point inspection covering stitching, materials, sole construction, box labels, insoles and overall shape — all cross-checked against verified reference pairs. If it doesn't pass our authentication checklist, it doesn't ship.
Yes. Every single pair listed on SNKR Department has been physically inspected and authenticated before being made available for sale. We stake our reputation on every pair we ship.
If you have genuine concerns about the authenticity of your pair, supported by documentation from a credible third-party authentication service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with full details and photos. We will review each case individually.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We ship to customers across the globe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing times which are outside our control.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your pair every step of the way.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
Unfortunately we are unable to process size exchanges. All sales are final. We strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide and confirming your EU size before completing your purchase.
In the rare event your order arrives with visible transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Sizing
We recommend using EU sizing for the most accurate fit. EU sizes are internationally standardised across all brands. Visit our Size Guide to find your EU size.
Yes. Luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada and Loro Piana tend to run large. We recommend sizing down by half a size to one full size. Loro Piana in particular runs very large — size down a full size. Always check our Size Guide for brand-specific fit notes.
For Nike and Jordan, we recommend going half a size up if you're between sizes. For luxury brands, go with the smaller size. If you're unsure, contact us with your foot measurement in CM and we'll advise you directly — remember, all sales are final.
