All sneakers sold by SNKR Department are authenticated prior to shipping. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Product photos are for representation purposes and minor cosmetic differences may exist between the listed image and the actual item. Authentication guarantees the legitimacy of the sneaker but does not cover personal preference or subjective condition assessments.
3. Pricing
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of products or pricing.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information. 5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate only. SNKR Department is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed authentication issue.
